Colorado Chapter
Get to know the work Mother Forward is doing in the Centennial State!
Founded in 2023, our Colorado chapter has been busy busy busy since day 1.

Colorado moms started big with a Mother’s Day Town Hall in May 2024 to bring moms and kids together to talk about the issues most impacting them: childcare and paid family leave.
Next, our CO chapter hosted a SECOND town hall to discuss issues at the heart of moms’ experiences, and this time they had 6 congressional candidates in attendance to talk about their stances on childcare and paid family leave.

Most recently, our Colorado moms made their voices heard on state level policy on childcare by submitting testimony for SB25-004, a bill to cap childcare waitlist and application fees at $25! And hey, it passed!
