When Heidi and Josh Borland learned they were expecting, they were over the moon.
“I had always wanted to be a mom,” beams Heidi. “To become pregnant was a blessing in itself.”
They are talking to me from their couch in Idaho Falls, Idaho. They’re cute together: Heidi effusive and Josh more reserved; he sits still while she talks with her hands. Between them, then next to them, then on Josh’s lap, bounces four-year-old Lillyth– a wiggling blur of pink with a big smile and bright, sparkling eyes.
